DELIVERY
As soon as your order is recorded and paid for, we prepare your items for dispatch.
It can take between 3 and 5 working days until you receive your package by post.
RETURN
There is no return possible with the consumable, i.e. loose teas, min-box and box subscriptions, Organics teas and soaps.
For all other complaints about accessories, you have 24 hours.
